The House
This is our new house.We still have a bit of landscaping and gardening to do but we're getting there! It sits up on a hill behind the Macleods Organic Farm on the outskirts of Ardersier and has glorious views over the Inner Moray Firth.

Osprey Room
This room is at the front of the house and is named the Osprey Room because on summer days one can often see an Osprey fishing - - sometimes for Salmon but more often for "Flukies" or flat fish. This double room has a large bathroom next to it and is priced at £25.00 per person with £30.00 being the charge for single occupancy.

The Blackbird Room
This room is the Double en-suite and is priced at £30.00 per night per person. Single occupancy is £35.00. It is so called because a Blackbird sleeps on the window-sill most nights. In summer it also has a good view of the Sandmartin bank where upwards of twenty pairs have nested.

| The Sandmartin Room
In this Twin room you have a tremendous view of the Sandmartin colony. There is a toilet with washbasin just outside the door and shared use of the large bathroom downstairs. It is priced at £25.00 per person per night with £30.00 being the price for single occupancy.
